Web Designer - Retail - North West

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Web Designer to join the head office team of a leading fashion retailer based here in the North West.

With a strong Ecommerce trading platform they require an additional Web Designer, to assist with the design and production of digital content, which will successfully promote the brand and their product offering.

Key duties will include:

• Managing all aspects of digital content design; amending and improving existing online content.
• Reacting to new creative and marketing briefs; coming up with suitable and realtistic solutions within the given time frames.
• Identifying new opportunities and improvements that can be mad, enhancing the users experience.
• Analyse the effect of the website's content and conclude as to whether it has served its purpose.

The successful candidate will:

• Currently be working within Web Design, ideally within a retail business.
• Have experience using Adobe Creative Suite; this includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign.
• Be able to react quickly to new creative briefs, taking them from start to finish, and have the ability to work under pressure, to strict time frames.
• Be highly knowledgeable, with a strong understanding of what makes good web design.
• Be educated to degree level, or equivalent, within a relevant field such as Ecommerce, Retail or Web Design.
