Assistant Store Manager - Great Park, Birmingham

A hospitality sector client is looking for an Assistant General Manager for its outlet in Birmingham- Great Park.

They are looking for someone with experience as a Manager or Assistant manager either in retail, leisure or catering and hospitality.

You will be central to the success of this flagship business so enthusiasm, drive and an ability to work at pace is absolutely vital.

You will be responsible for:

• A large staffing compliment both full and part time
• Delivery of excellent Operational standards with a focus on high volume customer service
• Full business accountability- KPI’s, P&L, HACCP, Health & Safety, COSHH
• Cash handling
• Customer complaint handling
• All back office functions/systems

Weekends and evening work will be involved and experience of managing part-time colleagues on a shift basis would be beneficial.

The right candidate will be friendly and able to interact with the local community in order to drive sales and boost the profile of the business.
