Footwear & Accessories Buyer - Dubai

A leading international retail group are looking for a talented Footwear & Accessories Buyer to work very closely alongside the Design team to create and develop a brand new womenswear midmarket brand launching soon.

The Footwear & Accessories Buyer will be responsible for:

• Making sure the target customer is clearly identified and that their expectations and preferences are communicated to the Buying and Design teams
• Specifying the price, style, range and sourcing strategies to reflect the changing needs of the target customer across these areas
• Areas within this department covering all formal and casual footwear across womenswear
• Working very closely with the Buying Manager on a long term and short term strategy to build the brand both across the Middle East and the wider world
• Formulating and achieving both range and sales plans within agreed parameters

This is a brilliant opportunity for equivalent buyers working in a narrow market. You must have a strong Buying background within the footwear or accessories field and similar experience with an international high street retailer working at an experienced Buyer level.
