Retail Operations Director

Leading international fashion retail group are currently searching for a heavy weight Retail Operations Director to come on board and lead their expansion plans in their domestic and international markets.

You will be tasked with strategising and together with the CEO set the sales target for the next 5 years. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Maximising retail sales and profits across the group, whilst ensuring quality standards of operational excellence
• Identifying and addressing ongoing business development opportunities at home and in the international markets
• Acting as brand ambassador in the local/regional community

Your key objectives are to pursue a proactive partnership approach to working with tenants, monitoring formalised joint objectives geared to targeted increases in retail sales and densities. This is very much about driving Sales per Square Metre. You will be expected to maintain and develop highest possible retail standards, including visual merchandising, promotional activity, customer conversion loyalty and the quality of store management.
