Head of Food Innovation & Nutrition

This market leading Foodservice business is expanding its senior management team and wishes to continue to push ahead of its competitors with the appointment of a Head of Food Innovation & Nutrition.

Covering a range of brands and concepts, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the food social responsibility strategy
• Long term menu planning and innovation
• Food Science coaching and training for the Food Trading teams
• Nutrition date, allergen data and strategy
• Engaging with government bodies and pressure groups

To be successful, you should be degree educated, ideally in Food Science and Nutrition and have a background in Innovation/NPD roles within Food Retail, Foodservice or QSR operations. A diverse area of product/cuisine expertise would be a great advantage along with some commercial experience.
