Commercial Category Executive

FMCG Business is looking for new commercial talent to drive forward Top Brands – can you help us grow our categories?

The company seeks high calibre FMCG professionals looking to work within our Commercial team to unite our Marketing and Sales Strategy into one coherent commercial plan. You will have the impact to communicate this vision to different levels and teams within the business.

You are likely to already be in a commercial role which is probably Category or Sales-related and have a desire to broaden your Marketing knowledge and customer understanding, while retaining your commercial acumen.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:

• Experience of Sales planning / strategy
• FMCG Category experience
• Understanding of the wider business functions e.g. Supply Chain and Finance
• An ability to utilise key insights from across the business
• Marketing understanding would be an advantage
