Head of Menu Development

This market leading Foodservice business is currently looking for a Head of Menu Development to continue the success of its well-loved portfolio of brands.

Leading a team of Product Developers, you will be responsible for:

• Developing market leading menus that deliver high volume and strong profit
• Working closely with key suppliers, ensuring best practice
• Delivery of new menus, on budget, in time and to brief with seamless implementation
• All costings within menu development

To be successful in your application, you must be a talented chef with extensive experience of development within the Foodservice industry. Creative, passionate and with excellent leadership skills, you will have excellent project management skills. Commercial acumen is essential with a real and thorough understanding of commercial viability.
