Business Development Executive - South West
Are you an energetic, passionate and committed Business Development or Sales professional eager to work with top brands in the Alcoholic Drinks industry?

Keen to identify top talent and nurture this in a stimulating, fun and supportive environment, it is now offering ambitious, dynamic personalities the opportunity to join as a Business Development Executive in the Select & Exclusive On-Trade channel.
Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will be accountable for a defined geographic territory, managing and growing sales in line with set KPIs.
As Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will be:
- Account management and delivery of sales targets
- Delivering a brand building plan, activation programme and presentations
- Educating customers on brand training
- Building harmonious working relationships both internally and externally
- Creating tailored solutions and based on sound category advice
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Accurate recording and feedback of field data
- Effective journey and diary planning
Key skills you will need include:
- The ability to operate autonomously
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Clear and concise communication
- Compelling influencing and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness
- Good numeracy skills
As an individual, you should be enthusiastic, resilient and presentable.
You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience in the Premium Drinks market. You must hold a full clear UK drivers licence.
