NPD Manager - London

A truly fantastic opportunity for an NPD Manager has arisen within a premium end Food business supplying both major retailers and Foodservice clients with branded and own-label products.

Reporting to the Head of Food, the NPD Manager will have full responsibility for:

• The category as a whole, managing the NPD process from concept through to launch
• Ensuring creativity and efficiency at every step of the way
• Undertaking customer presentations
• Building relationships with both clients and suppliers
• Working closely with Marketing and Process teams to ensure a streamlined strategy is in place

The ideal candidate will have:

• An education to degree level or equivalent in a food-related subject
• Experience (preferably current) within an NPD function of a food manufacturer or retailer
• Exceptional Project management skills
• Chilled experience as well as both branded and own-label expertise
• Strong project management skills and commercial awareness in terms of costings, communication skills
• The passion and drive will make you succeed in this process
