Logistics Coordinator

Our client is a fast growing business that offers a unique holiday / accommodation lettings solution to guests in the UK. Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a logistics coordinator to train, develop a team of drivers and warehouse staff.

You will be responsible for aiding the supply and logistics manager in processes to deliver the transportation, inventory and warehousing to deliver the relevant stock and team to the right location at the right time.

You will be assisting in the shaping and recruiting of the department and team to cope with demand / growth to deliver operational efficiency. This will be through stock control (procurement responsibilities) and asset management, building and developing supplier relationships as well as day to day operations to drive the team forward.

You will supervise a fleet of drivers to deliver on time and exceptional service as well as route analysis and planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for a degree educated or similar calibre of candidate who has a transport and warehouse background at mid-level management to use their experience.
