General Manager - Dubai

A leading franchise retail group with stores across the Gulf is currently searching for an experienced General Manager to manage its domestic operations for one of its biggest markets in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• The sales and operations of all existing stores while planning the roll out of new stores across the region, identifying commercial opportunities
• Operations, staff development, Marketing and visual impact while actively contributing to the development of business initiatives relevant to brand projects
• Driving and delivering sales performance through managing sales objectives and operational costs
• Working in partnership with the Regional Managing Director and all Head Office functions to optimise operational effectiveness to determine and implement options to correct sales underperformance or to exploit sales opportunities

The ideal candidate will have Retail experience with international responsibility within the Midddle East and General Management experience within the Fashion Retail sector.
