Head of POS & Packaging - South East - £45,000-£50,000

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a mass-market fashion retailer as a European Head of POS & Packaging.

Having gone from strength to strength in recent years, the business currently has an opportunity to join one of its fastest-growing and most profitable areas.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage a team of four within Packaging and POS
• Be responsible for the European packaging and POS strategies leading all new design concepts
• Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time
• Be responsible for seasonal events and ensuring the regional teams have European templates to work towards for POS and packaging

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of affordable fashion retail
• People management experience
• A strong background in POS & packaging
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders on a global scale
• Excellent organisational skills with experience of managing critical paths
