Store Manager - Luxury Homeware
Your role would be one of the most important roles in the Retail Operations team as you will have a major impact on the sales performance of the brand. You will be expected to act as a coach every day, inspiring your Sales Team in sales & service skills & you are expected to follow through to ensure that your Sales Associates are learning & performing well. Your primary objective would be to drive the sales & service performance of your team.
The responsibilities of your role are outlined below.You will lead and develop a team in order to maximise their potential and to maintain the highest levels of customer service. In short, alongside your team you will be the driving force of your company's success. It is essential that you have managed a team or large department within a store of about 25 people and have a sucessfull track record. You must have experience at management level from a homeware background prefably in luxury retail.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent operational ability and, crucially you will be extremely customer focused with your management experience being gained, within a beauty environment.
