Store Manager - Luxury Fashion - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This luxury fashion retailer seeks a Store Manager in Dubai.

Your role will be one of the most important in the Retail Operations team as you will have a major impact on the sales performance of the brand. You will be expected to act as a coach every day, inspiring your Sales team in sales & service skills and will be expected to follow through to ensure that your Sales Associates are learning & performing well.

Your key responsibilities will involve leading & developing a team in order to maximise their potential and to maintain the highest levels of customer service. In short, along with your team you will be the driving force behind the retailer's success!

It is essential that you have managed a team or large department within a store of about 25 people and have a sucessful track record. You must have experience at management level from a fashion background prefably in luxury retail. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent operational ability and, crucially you will be extremely customer focused with your management experience being gained, within a beauty environment.
