Customer Development Manager - South East - £30,000-£35,000

With a portfolio of premium ingredients and 35 years of culinary passion, the business is looking to recuit someone who shares a love of fine food to sell into premium regional and key accounts within the foodservice channel, building strong creative relationships with chefs in order to drive distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering against set KPI's
• Owning, managing and developing existing accounts
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Creating and implementing JBP's
• Upholding health & safety standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of closing deals
• An understanding of the chef mindset
• Commercial acumen
• Strong numerical and anayltical skills
• The ability to present and carry out food demonstrations
• An inspirational and influential leadership style
• A collaborative nature

You will ideally be educated to degree level and have experience of how professional kitchens operate. You must also hold a full UK driving license.
