Customer Development Manager - South East - £30,000-£35,000

A leading international food manufacturer which constantly creates innovative solutions and have secured a steadfast reputation within the food industry is seeking an experienced Customer Development Manager who shares a love of fine food.

With a portfolio of premium ingredients and 35 years of culinary passion, the company expects the successful candidate to sell into premium regional and key accounts within the foodservice channel, building strong creative relationships with chefs in order to drive distribution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering against set KPI's
• Owning, managing and developing existing accounts
• Identify and developing new business opportunities
• Creating and implementing JBP's
• Upholding health & safety standards

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on and passionate about food and the foodservice industry with a proven track record of closing deals. You will have a sound understandign of the chef mindset, be numerical & analytical and have commercial acumen. You will be able to present and carry out food demonstrations and be collaborative and influential in your approach.

You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of how professional kitchens operate. You must hold a full UK driving license.
