Senior Visual Merchandising Manager - London - £35,000-£40,000

A large international high street fashion retailer specialising in trends within menswear and womenswear is looking for a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to join its flagship store in Central London.

Fashionable and focused, the business has a reputation for working very hard and being determined but like to create opportunities for hungry fashion-conscious candidates in return.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Brand Visual Director and the Commercial Store Manager to formulate strategic Visual Merchandising plans and manage two Creative Managers and a team of Visual Merchandisers.

Key responsibilities:

• Working very closely with various Head Office teams including Creative and Marketing
• Identifying any issues and providing feedback to the necessary teams
• Gathering inspiration for ideas from various formats and surroundings

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong project management skills
• A creative background with previous experience of managing others
• Strong communication skills
• A flexible approach to working hours
