Commercial Finance Analyst - London - £50,000-£60,000

A leading high street retailer is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join its team. The purpose is to take a lead role as Business Partner in working with Property and other areas with capital expenditure such as I.T.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide thorough financial analysis of the property portfolio, identify areas where cost savings could be made, and implement comprehensive forecasting models to support this analysis.

Responsibilities:
* Key Business Partner to the Property Department * Management of all financial analysis relating to the property portfolio and areas of capital expenditure * Identification of missing data and development of models to support decision-making going forward * Capital expenditure control within the business, providing high quality business support to these areas e.g. to Property Department, IT Department * Making proactive recommendations to improve performance and cash flow

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. You must have detailed understanding of CAPEX, proven skills in financial modeling, and be expert in Microsoft packages along with experience of working within a property finance function, and experience of COGNOS.
