Junior Brand Manager - Beauty - Midlands

A global health & beauty company requires a Junior Brand Manager to join the business on a short term contract with the objective of securing business growth through the achievement of category objectives.

You will be responsible for all elements of the Marketing mix and will be highly accountable for your own category's results through effective interpretation of the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing / executing the department brochure / activation plans to deliver upon profit plan targets
• Conducting appropriate analysis to establish strengths / weaknesses in the brand portfolio and category strategy
• Building and maintaining relationships with other teams to optimise NPD and regional strategy
• Effectively communicating and selling the category and brand vision
• Leadership and development of the team, working with the Brand Manager

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably within Marketing and have Category or Brand Management experience. You will have strong communication skills required to liaise with all Marketing departments and sound knowledge of the market, including trends and competitors
