Senior Web Designer - London

A successful fashion retailer is hiring for a Web Designer to join its dynamic E-commerce team to lead a team of Designers and improve the overall customer experience on the website, ensuring the site and content is visually and technically accurate.

The successful candidate will also be expected to:

• Optimise the content of the website by liaising with the eCommerce team
• Liaise with the Marketing team to produce a leading customer journey for the website
• Manage a team of Designers, and co-ordinate them to produce market-leading results
• Adhere to the design strategy as well as being proactive and responsive to the continuous development of the website
• Maintain a high awareness of market design initiatives and trends

The ideal candidate will be passionate and possess a creative flair for Web Design, and have an eye for detail while being able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

You must have a strong understanding in:

• Photoshop
• Flash
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
