Assistant Manager - London - £35,000-£40,000

An international luxury jewellery retailer is looking for a strong Assistant Store Manager to join its prestigious company and support the Store Manager in developing the Sales and Support teams in achieving sales and service goals.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Develop client relationships to maximise sales
• Demonstrate sales leadership - be a role model to sales staff
• Demonstrate ability to cross sell
• Aid and organise private viewings
• Work in conjunction with the Store Manager on action plans that will facilitate the maximisation of sales targets
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is in line with the brand shopping experience
• Create a positive shopping atmosphere within the store
• Take charge of Visual Merchandising
• Apply procedures for store security

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have extensive retail experience, including at Management level. You will have a proven KPI background, knowledge of the luxury retail industry and be fluent in written and spoken English while another language would be advantageous.
