Brand Ambassador/Senior Sales - London - £25,000-£30,000

An international luxury jewellery retailer is looking for a strong sales-focused Brand Ambassador to join its prestigious company.

Reporting to the Store Director, the successful candidate will be expected to maximise the performance of the store by achieving profitand sales while developing client relationships and providing high service standards.

The role will also entail:

• Introducing the brand to all visitors and informing new clients of the brands history
• Working effectively as an individual and also as part of a team
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Becoming a product expert
• Ensuring high quality customer service
• Visual Merchandising
• Providing correct information (Client database, reporting tools to name a few)
• Upholding the brand and store standards

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within retail, ideally with a luxury, jewellery or fashion background, be commercially aware and and be self-motivated. You will be fluent in spoken and written English and an additional language would be advantageous.
