Senior Web Designer - london - £40,000-£45,000

A successful fashion retailer is hiring for a Web Designer to join its dynamic E-commerce team.

The successful candidate will lead a team of designers and improve the overall customer experience on the website, ensuring the site and content is visually and technically accurate.

Other responsibilities include:

• Optimising the content of the website by liaising with the E-commerce team
• Liaising with the Marketing team to produce a leading customer journey for the website
• Managing a team of designers, and co-ordinating them to produce market-leading results
• Adhering to the design strategy as well as being proactive and responsive to the continuous development of the website
• Maintaining a high awareness of market design initiatives and trends

You will be passionate and possess a creative flair for Web Design and have an eye for detail while being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in:

• Photoshop
• Flash
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
• Management experience
