Senior Web Designer - London - £40,000-£45,000

A successful fashion retailer is recruiting a Web Designer to join its dynamic E-commerce team. The main purpose of the role is to lead a team of designers and improve the overall customer experience on the website, ensuring the site and its content is visually and technically accurate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimising the content of the website by liaising with the E-commerce team
• Liasing with the Marketing team to produce a leading customer journey for the website
• Managing a team of designers, and coordinating them to produce market-leading results
• Adhering to the design strategy in addition to being proactive and responsive to the continuous development of the website
• Maintaining a high awareness of market design initiatives and trends

You will be passionate and possess a creative flair for web design as well as management experience. You should have an eye for detail while being able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

You must have a strong understanding of the following programs:

• Photoshop
• Flash
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
