Visual Merchandising Manager - Luxury Fashion - Dubai - £35,000-£40,000

A leading international luxury retail group is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to manage the delivery of exciting and inspirational customer-focused Visual Merchandising for the stores.

The successful candidate will be aware of all customer insight and competitor analysis and help implement visual blueprints across numerous country brand locations. You will take responsibility for managing, building and developing teams across many locations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Visual Merchandising Management experience within a luxury Fashion or Footwear retailer
• Strong fashion creativity, planning and organisational skills
• The ability to influence with strong communication skills
• Strong people development skills
