The successful candidate will effectively manage the In-store Visual Merchandising teams to effectively roll out the creative strategies for the stores communicated from Head Office. You would have a keen eye for combining colours and styles and be able to reflect and inspire your vision to others.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background with a blue chip UK fashion retailer
• Experience of being in an Field Visual Merchandising role
• Good people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
