Assistant Manager - Bristol - £16,000-£20,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager/Supervisor in the Bristol area working with a wide range of products from Womenswear to Furniture.

The first store opened in 1993 featuring gifts the owner had brought back from his travels. There are now 27 stores in and around London and the variety of products in store calls for a strong Manager who understands the individuality of each item and the creativity behind it.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Retail Luxury or Boutique experience
• Excellent customer service knowledge and attention to detail
• Experience in working with KPI’s and P&L
• The ability to manage and motivate a small team
• Experience in optimising footfall and conversion through effective Merchandising
