National Field Sales Manager - West Midlands - £30,000-£35,000

An award-winning non-food FMCG business is currently recruiting for a National Field Sales Manager to be responsible for the direction and development of the Regional Accounts team to achieve sales growth.
As National Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Leading a team of seven Regional Account Managers and indirectly managing the Merchandising team
- Providing direction and setting clear objectives to the team
- Coaching for exceptional performance and improved customer service
- Improving standards through monitoring and measuring agreed KPI's
- Operating in the field 95% of the time with your team and customers within the wholesale channel
- Achieving the regional sales budget through the development of new business and relationship management with existing customers
- Driving the overall sales strategy to include call cycles, key customer contact and execution
The ideal candidate will have previous FMCG Account Management experience ideally gained within the Wholesale channel. You will also have managed a similar sized team and have a passion for getting results through the development of people.
