Senior Buyer - Footwear - Dubai

This leading international fashion retailer is looking for a talented Senior Buyer to oversee its Footwear category.

You will work very closely alongside the Footwear Design team to put together the most forward-thinking product ranges.

The Senior Buyer will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the target customer is clearly identified and that their expectations and preferences are communicated to the Buying and Design teams
• Specifying the price, style, range and sourcing strategies to reflect the changing needs of the target customer across these areas
• Areas within this department covering all formal and casual Footwear across Men’s, Women’s and Children’s
• Working closely with the Buying Manager on a long term and short term strategy to build the brand both across the Middle East and the wider world
• Formulating and achieving range and sales plans within agreed parameters

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent
• A strong background as a Senior Buyer within Footwear
• Similar experience with an international high street retailer working at Buyer level
