Store Manager - South West London - £16,000-£20,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager in the Surrey area, working with a wide range of products from Womenswear to Furniture.

The first store opened in 1993 from gifts the owner had brought back from his travels. There are now 27 stores in and around London and the variety of products in store calls for a strong Assistant Manager to report to the Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Retail Luxury or Boutique experience
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Experience in working with KPI’s and P&L
• The ability to manage and motivate a small team
• Experience of optimising footfall and conversion through effective Merchandising.
