The Role:

As E-commerce & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the acquisition and retention strategies to drive the company's online presence as well as grow their operations internationally.

You will also be responsible for:
* E-commerce operations including merchandising, order fulfillment and stock control * Management of 15 personnel * Building a strong network of affiliates, distributors and third party suppliers

The Person:

This position will suit someone that is seeking a hands-on, varied and interesting job with an online and high street retailer. You will be an experienced E-Commerce manager within a multi-channel fashion retailer. You will also be a natural leader with a drive to succeed in a competitive and demanding environment.
