E-commerce & Operations Manager - London - £50,000-£60,000

A medium-sized fashion retailer is seeking to recruit someone to help manage its online business in order to ensure continued growth with this ambitious business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the acquisition and retention strategies to drive the company's online presence as well as grow their operations internationally
• E-commerce operations including Merchandising, order fulfillment and stock control
• Management of 15 personnel
• Building a strong network of affiliates, distributors and third party suppliers

The ideal candidate will be an experienced E-commerce Manager within a multichannel fashion retailer and also be a natural leader with the drive to succeed in a competitive and demanding environment.
