A luxury fashion retailer based in London is looking for an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer-focused HR support and advice to employees and Managers.

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee all areas of the HR function including recruiting, administration, and payroll, training and employee relations
  • Manage the HR Administrator and HR and Operations Co-ordinator
  • Manage all recruitment for the business, supporting Managers with the recruitment process, writing and posting adverts and ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are fulfilled
  • Short listing and carrying out first stage interviews for all roles (excluding sales consultant positions)
  • Provide legal guidance on all employee related matters
  • Provide support and advice to managers on performance, capability and other employee issues
  • Oversee internship programmes throughout the company
  • Regularly appraise team members and carry out annual performance reviews

The ideal candidate will currently be an HR Assistant/HR Advisor with a luxury fashion house and have e mployee relations experience. You will have relevant qualifications and good analytical skills.
