Retail Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established consultancy in a position of real influence during an exciting time for the business as it expands its Retail team.

As a Retail Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Market intelligence development in specific strands of industry, exploring themes, anticipating issues and assessing the implications for the business
• Undertaking primary research, driving down the root of the intelligence to generate key and market-leading insight to deliver to customers through a variety of platforms, including online
• Securing and undertaking bespoke projects for customers;
• Specific research issues while delivering a range of briefings across a cross-functional client team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A successful background from industry, FMCG suppliers, retailers or consultancies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A passion for research and high quality insight
