Site Development & User Experience Manager - London - £35,000-£40,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a competent Technical Manager to join a familiar high street retailer based at its head office in London.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a variety of innovative upgrades to the online platform, provide IT support and to improve the user experience and site development through site optimisation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Liaising with IT and other departments for the delivery of site updates and new projects
• Analysing and advancing User Experience and the customer journey of the site
• Working and managing development teams on a variety of projects
• Installing correct support functions such as A/B Testing and Multi-varient testing to allow new processes

The ideal candidate will have a retail background and have good experience in IT Support and Site Development. You will also be analytical by nature, with a good understanding of web analytics, as well as having excellent skills in User Experience and web upgrade projects. Co-ordinating multiple agencies and managing third parties will be second nature to you.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who wants a challenging and rewarding role, as the successful candidate will be implementing new projects regularly as the E-commerce department gets a major overhaul.
