Demand Planner - London

A global multi-channel retailer is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst, Merchandiser or Demand Planner to join its head office team.

Coming from either an FMCG or Retail background and working with leading brands, this is an opportunity to be involved in key development and progression of the category.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering maximum availability of the inventory
• Controlling forecasting, ordering, returns, promotions to ensure delivery of margin benefits
• Working alongside the Buying team to maximise efficiency and ensure expansion of product lines
• Managing supplier relationships - order chasing, planning and forecasting
• Supply Chain management - planning and prioritisation

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of best practice for forecasting and replenishment
• Experience of supplier management
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel as well as great attention to detail
