General Manager - London - £50,000-£60,000

A large international high street fashion retailer with stores all over the UK is looking for a highly commercial General Manager, who not only has a passion for fashion but will be extremely hard working, focused and determined.

Spending a large majority of your time on the sales floor, the successful candidate will have strong staff and customer engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Store Manager experience with full P&L accountability
• Experience of managing a multi-million pound turnover
• Previous experience of managing a large team
• Worked within a retail fashion environment in menswear & womenswear
• A proven KPI track record
• A love and passion for fashion - live and breathe it
