Job role and requirements:-Being accountable for the sales, profits and performance of store staff-Being business minded, analytical and commercially aware-Passionate about home furnishings-Understanding the roles and components of the retail industry-Ability to problem solve and be pro-active with your employeesApplicants should:-Have had significant retail exposure within the home furnishings environment with ideally at least a years experience in a management level role-Be IT literate, competent using Excel, PowerPoint and Word-Be confident, assertive and able to communicate with people of all levels and backgroundsThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, outgoing and driven individual with a competitive salary and an attractive bonus system.
