Retail Director

This leading international retailer is looking for an International Retail Director to come on board and spearhead the development & expansion of its brand.

As Retail Director, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic brand development & the business planning process
• Delivering budget P&L
• Maintaining and developing relationships with key suppliers and country distributors
• Team-building, organisational development and succession planning
• Conducting a brand performance review
• Overseeing the Retail Property strategy

To be successful, you should have strong commercial retail experience in the fashion retail industry. You will have a a track record which clearly demonstrates your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage clearly & effectively.
