With over 55 stores nationwide, this fantastic retailer has been established for over 70 years and is still looking to grow! As a resut, they are looking for a Store Unit Manager for one of their key sites.

This mixed goods retailer offers a huge range of products from household disposables, Pet Care & specialist products - it's all under one roof!

As a Store Manager you will be accountable for the standards, profitability, staff management & overall 1st class customer service within the store. Whilst trying to optimise store revenue through stringent KPIs of both a financial and non-financial nature.

You must be seen as hands on and highly commercial with a good understanding of business acumen. You also deal with all staffing matters from training, to appraisals & disciplinaries, rotas and holiday requests.
