Store Manager - East Midlands

The Store Manager will be expected to:
- Manage and control the overall operation of the store in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage all targets and cost elements
- Achieve the necessary operating standards and customer service levels to ensure that the business strategy for exceeding customer expectations is consistently delivered
- Deliver the above as a team displaying leadership and inspirational qualities to engage your team to deliver results
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive management experience, preferably from a blue chip retail or service environment
- The ability to be a hands-on Manager who can work to your own initiative
- A strong commercial understanding of working towards financial & non-financial KPIs
- Excellent ability to create top store standards while providing excellent customer service
