Store Manager - Winchester, Hampshire

An extremely successful and established food retailer with over 150 stores across the UK is currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to join its team in Winchester.

As Store Manager, you will be accountable for:

• Delivering on retail excellence through your people with a focus on compliance, legalities and high store standards
• P&L management
• Leading a team and ensuring strategy plans are effectively managed

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• Extensive Retail Management experience, at Store Manager or Deputy Manager level, preferably from a food or mixed goods retailer
• Strong P&L management experience
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership credentials
• A demonstrable ability to drive sales through your people
• Good training and development capabilities
