This luxury gift retailer is recruiting for an experienced customer-focused Store Manager for one of its Premier stores in the Trafford Centre.

With over 60 stores nationwide and ongoing expansion plans, this award winning and entrepreneurial business is looking for a Store Manager for one of its brand new sites! With beautifully designed and innovative stores, this company is looking for a Store Manager who enjoys and thrives in a customer focused environment. Your role will be maximise each customer's shopping experience and make each customer want to come back for more.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for:

• Profit and stock loss
• Customer service measures
• People Management, training and development
• Sales andconversions

This position would suit a candidate with experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager from a customer focused retail environment who considers themselves a brand ambassador. This is a 'Band 1' store so will be seen as a store of excellence. It is essential that you have experience of managing the performance of a store through the key delivery of KPIs. You must have experience of day-to-day managerial responsibilities of a business unit,tore Manager you will thrive in an autonomous working environment where you can follow compliance and work to your own initiative.
