Technical & NPD jobs are usually specifically found within the Food Retail sector. We always seek experienced Technologists for our Food Technology roles to ensure these individuals have the ability to mix and balance ingredients to create truly innovative products.
In Food Science, technical jobs involve responsibility for and in-depth knowledge of food processes and include jobs such as Technical Services Managers. Food Technicians can also be responsible for Compliance, Packaging and Regulatory matters and will usually be required to have skills in QA, QC, BRC, HCCP, ISO and Auditing.
NPD jobs, or New Product Development jobs, are about creating new products to promote business growth. NPD Managers are responsible for Concept Development, Process Development, Innovation, R&D and Nutrition.
