At Quest, our approach to client management is designed to offer flexibility and focus. We work in partnership with all our clients and almost 90% of our business is from returning customers, because we are able to offer a bespoke service to each individual business.

As one of our clients, you are able to choose between a single point of contact or a team of sector specialists. Our consultants have a small list of clients which means that the consultant working on your roles will build an intimate understanding of your business which they can pass on to potential candidates.

When demand dictates that extra resources are required, we create a virtual team of consultants who each specialise in a given area. We appoint an Account Manager and you can choose whether you communicate via this single channel or liaise directly with individual specialist consultants. This approach gives you the flexibility to manage our resources to your greatest advantage and allows us to manage large and small scale recruitment projects equally efficiently.

Our sector specialist approach ensures that whoever manages your account will have in depth knowledge of the industry, of current market trends and, most importantly, of the type of job roles you are looking to fill. They will also be on top of the job market in your sector, so are well placed to advise on the particular challenges of any recruitment campaign. Our consultative approach allows us to provide the strongest available candidates in the shortest possible time.

We have experience of running both large and small scale recruitment projects. We have preferred supplier status with many of our clients, where we provide an enhanced service, including salary surveys, management information and competitor benchmarking. We are also an accredited SHL tester, meaning that we can incorporate verbal and numerical assessments into any recruitment process.

The flexibility of our service is our greatest strength in a changing marketplace, so we approach every campaign with objectivity and market awareness. We offer either retained or contingency recruitment processes because every vacancy represents a different challenge. Our business operation is geared to provide optimum service levels on every assignment we are given, affording us the focus to meet all our clients' recruitment requirements.
