This means that, at no cost to yourself, your role is immediately accessible by all actively looking candidates.
CV Databases/Networking Sites
Quest pays for access on a multiple licence basis, to all the leading CV databases & networking Sites. All our consultants are fully trained to make sure they are getting the most from this labour intensive source. Used alongside our other methods, this provides our clients with access to the passive job seeker who may not wish to register with an agency or apply directly to clients but still wants to hear about good opportunities when they come up.
Headhunting
Quest recognises that often the best candidates won't be out there actively looking. They will be in a job, happy with their prospects and how they are rewarded. But they might be interested in your particular role. When time allows it, Quest will headhunt the most relevant individuals (in a discreet and confidential manner) which can add real value to the shortlists we present.
