At Quest Search & Selection we recognise that often the best route to the best candidates is through you, our candidate base. Across the board we have a host of clients who are looking to recruit the best talent out there, so by referring a colleague or friend, you can help them, us and yourself.
If you refer a friend or colleague to us who we subsequently place, we would like to reward you by giving you £150 worth of vouchers at a retailer of your choice.
By filling in the form below and referring a candidate to us you can help a friend find a great new role and also reward yourself.
Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Quest Search & Selection is already aware of the candidate. The candidate must complete 3 months employment for the referrer to qualify. If the candidate has been introduced by more than one person, the 1st referrer only will qualify. Payments will only be made on one placement and not subsequent placements. Only permanent placements will qualify. Quest Search & Selection's decision will be final on all disputes.
